We define exactly who counts, down to titles, company size, geography and disqualifiers. This becomes part of the contract, so neither of us can reinterpret it later.
We book qualified meetings with your buyers, and bill you only for the ones they show up to. Not the ones they cancel.
Published pricing. No annual contract. Three-month minimum.
The stack we run every campaign on
Most agencies get paid when a meeting is booked. So booking is what you get. We only get paid when your buyer actually turns up, which changes everything about how we work.
Outbound still works. The economics just changed, and most agencies would rather you did not know by how much.
Deliverability and connect-rate figures from Belkins 2026 campaign analysis (7.5M emails, 175,000 dials) and Cognism benchmarks. In-house cost from CIENCE analysis updated March 2026: $131,158 annual SDR cost divided by 72 meetings.
Your last agency reported 40 booked meetings. Your reps sat through 22 of them. Four were the wrong company size, three were students doing research, and one had already told you no in March.
You paid for all 40.
The problem is not that outbound stopped working. It is that almost every agency in this category is paid for booking.
Between 20 and 35% of cold-sourced meetings never hold. We bill on held.
None of it is clever. It is what happens when the people setting the terms have also sat through the bad meetings.
If your prospect does not join within 10 minutes, it is not billable. Two rescheduling attempts free. The no-show risk sits with us, which is the only arrangement that puts us on your side.
Scroll down. No form, no discovery call, no custom quote. Work out whether we are affordable before you spend thirty minutes finding out.
Six specific conditions, written down, on this page. If a meeting fails any one, you do not pay. Hold us to a standard you read before signing.
Not to other agencies. To the SDR you were about to hire, who costs roughly $131,000 a year fully loaded and produces about 72 qualified meetings.
Source: CIENCE cost-per-meeting analysis, updated March 2026, including hiring, base salary, on-target earnings, tech stack and overhead. Our $380 assumes 10 held meetings a month on the Standard tier.
Months one and two are ramp, written into the agreement. Anyone promising meetings in week one is sending from an unwarmed domain.
We define exactly who counts, down to titles, company size, geography and disqualifiers. This becomes part of the contract, so neither of us can reinterpret it later.
Sending domains bought and warmed, list built and verified, sequences and scripts written. Nothing goes out from an unwarmed domain. This is the part everyone else skips.
Phone, email and LinkedIn running together. We iterate weekly against what prospects actually say back, not what we hoped they would say.
With full context: what they said, what they objected to, why we qualified them. Your rep walks in knowing the conversation that already happened.
Dials, connects, replies, booked, held, cost per held meeting. That is the whole report. No vanity dashboard, no metric that cannot be checked.
Drag the slider. These are our real prices, not an estimate we adjust once we know your budget.
Almost nobody in this category shows a real number before a call. The ones with a pricing page still gate the figure behind a form.
We would rather you disqualify yourself in thirty seconds than sit through a discovery call to learn we cost more than you can spend.
Standard tier: $2,000 base including the first four held meetings, then $350 each. Setup is a separate one-time $1,500.
Get a free teardownEvery Signal Sprint produces this, ranked by how often we hear each one. Most agencies never publish it because most agencies never listen back.
We already have a tool for that.
Usually means a tool nobody uses. The follow-up question is who logged into it last week.
Send me something and I'll look.
A polite no, unless you pin a specific time before hanging up. We pin the time.
Not the right person.
Genuinely useful. Half become a warm internal referral if you ask for the name properly.
No budget until next quarter.
Real about half the time. The other half is a soft no dressed as a timing problem.
How did you get this number?
Answer it straight. Being evasive ends the call faster than the objection would have.
We tried outbound, it didn't work.
Almost always an infrastructure problem, not a market problem. Worth 90 seconds to find out which.
Illustrative distribution based on typical B2B outbound campaigns. Your Signal Sprint produces the real ranking for your market, with verbatim quotes and the recordings behind them.
We turn down work in the second column. It saves everyone three wasted months and one bad review.
In the second column but still think outbound is the answer? Start with a Signal Sprint. Four weeks and $4,500 tells you more than a year of guessing.
We would rather tell you on the first call than three months in.
The compliance stack is not a feature. It is the reason you will not get a letter.
Most agencies make you book a call to find out what they cost. We think that wastes your time and ours.
Prove the market responds first
Ongoing, for mid-market
Director to C-level targets
Billable only when all six are true. If any one fails, you do not pay and we replace it. This is the same text that appears in our service agreement, published so you can read it before you sign.
Industry, employee count and geography all inside the definition agreed at kickoff, attached to your contract.
"VP of Operations or above at a logistics company" means exactly that. Not a coordinator. Not an analyst.
They said they want to hear about what you do. Agreeing to a meeting to make a caller go away is not interest.
A real calendar invite, accepted, with a time on it.
The held standard. Under 10 minutes usually means they forgot or were ambushed, and neither is your problem.
Not an existing customer, not an open opportunity, not on the suppression list you gave us.
If the prospect does not join within 10 minutes, the meeting is not billable and we make two rescheduling attempts free. You have 48 hours after any meeting to dispute it in writing, citing which condition it failed. If we agree, we replace it. We do not refund, we replace, because the thing you needed was a meeting.
Placeholder quote. Two lines on the problem solved and the number that changed.
Placeholder quote. Something concrete about held meetings versus what a previous agency reported.
Placeholder quote. Ideally one sentence naming the cost per meeting they ended up with.
Across the market, expect $150 to $500 per meeting for SMB targets, $300 to $900 for mid-market, and $700 to $2,500 for enterprise or C-level. Retainer models typically run $3,000 to $15,000 a month. Kelvinorth charges $2,000 a month including four held meetings, then $350 per additional held meeting, which works out to roughly $380 per meeting at typical volume.
A booked meeting is one where the prospect accepted a calendar invite. A held meeting is one they actually attended. Between 20 and 35% of cold-sourced meetings do not hold. Agencies that report only booked numbers are passing that gap to you. Kelvinorth bills on held meetings only.
Industry average dial-to-meeting conversion is 2.3 to 2.7%, which is roughly one meeting per 37 to 45 dials. Connect rates sit at 5 to 10% per dial on generic data in 2026, down from 15 to 20% before carrier spam labelling. Top performers with verified mobile direct-dial data reach one meeting per 12 to 18 dials.
No. Meeting Engine has a three-month initial term, then runs month to month with 30 days' notice. The three months exists because outbound cannot be fairly evaluated in less time, not to lock you in. The Signal Sprint is a one-off with no ongoing commitment.
Typically four to six weeks. Sending domains need three to six weeks of warmup before they can carry volume safely, and skipping that is the most common reason new campaigns get burned. We treat months one and two as ramp and write that into the agreement.
You dispute in writing within 48 hours, citing which of our six published criteria it failed. If we agree, we replace it free of charge. Our criteria are published in full on this page so you can hold us to a standard you read before signing.
Yes, but the economics changed. Cold email deliverability fell from around 45% to 18% between 2022 and 2026 after Google, Yahoo and Microsoft tightened sender rules, and phone connect rates dropped to roughly 5 to 10% per dial after carrier spam labelling. Outbound now requires real infrastructure and volume discipline. It rewards operators and punishes amateurs, which is why more companies outsource it.
For research, list building and personalisation, AI is genuinely better and we use it. For the conversation itself the evidence is poor: AI-only outbound converts meetings to opportunities at a materially lower rate than humans, and AI voice calling carries real legal exposure in the US because the FCC ruled that AI-generated voices fall under existing restrictions requiring prior consent. Hybrid human-plus-AI setups measurably outperform both extremes, which is how we run.
India, working US Eastern hours. We say this on every first call, because you will find out anyway and it is better coming from us.
You do. Contacts, recordings, transcripts and sequences are yours and you take them if you leave. We retain the sending infrastructure so your primary domain is never exposed to a cold campaign.
Kelvin is the absolute temperature scale. It starts at true zero and has no negative numbers, so it measures what is actually there rather than what is relative to something convenient. North is direction. Honest measurement, pointed somewhere.
